Customized Products:
All customized, made-to-order products cannot be returned. Since each product is uniquely made for you, we regret to say that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these products.
Non-Customized Products:
If you are not completely satisfied with a non-customized product, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be sent to us via DHL in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.

Non-Customized Returns Process:
Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will provide you with a DHL return label for shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your return or exchange within 7 business days.
Please note that shipping costs for non-customized returns will be deducted from your refund.
